The living room and dining room look out on and have access to the terrace and garden. In the living room there are two sofas, two armchairs and a fireplace. The dining room has space for up to twelve people. There are three complete bathrooms with shower. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The house has a terrace with a dining table for up to twelve people and an area for sunbathing with sun beds. The garden has grass lawns and native plants and trees. There is also a barbecue, a table tennis table and private parking for three cars.
