From the living room, there is access to both a covered and an open terrace with garden furniture and a grill. Beautiful kitchen with, among other things, a dishwasher. Luxurious bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, and bathtub, as well as access to the house's sauna. Guest toilet with a sink and access to a washing machine. The sleeping arrangements in the house are spread across three cozy bedrooms with double beds. TV is available via Chromecast/internet. The house is situated on a lovely plot with a large lawn, suitable for play and outdoor activities. Here, you'll find football goals and swings, as well as a cozy bonfire area. The house is located approximately 500 meters from the water. The beach is a combination of stones and sandy shoreline. From the house, it's not far to Sletterhage Lighthouse, which is very popular. From here, during the summer months, you can watch large ships coming to and from Aarhus Port, as well as large luxury liners passing by very close to the coast. The area on Helgenæs is characterized by its unique nature, hilly terrain, wildlife, and fantastic viewpoints. In the area, you'll find the Tyskertårnet, which is a relic from World War II. From here, you can see as far as the eye can see, including views of Samsø, Tunø, Aarhus, and the Odder coastline. In the area, you'll also find the 99-meter-high Ellemandsbjerg, which is also a popular excursion destination. The house is located approximately 24 km from the town of Ebeltoft with its many exciting tourist attractions. Here, you'll find, among other things, the Old Town Hall and the Frigate Jylland, and at the harbor, you'll find the Glass Museum, which is well-known for its modern art. An hour's drive from the house, you'll find Northern Europe's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland, which is definitely worth a visit.
