The comfortably furnished apartment of approx. 45 m2 is located in a small complex built on a mountain. It is quietly located on the edge of the forest in Niedersfeld. The accommodation is located in the basement and is accessible via a staircase. From the apartment you can go straight into the garden and enjoy the view of the beautiful mountain landscape. The spacious, open living room with kitchen is furnished with a sofa bed and a seating area. On cold winter evenings you can enjoy the cozy electric fireplace. A pleasant play corner has been set up for children. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a ceramic hob, a combi oven and a dishwasher. The bedroom has a double bed with plenty of storage space. The spacious bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Imagine sitting on the spacious terrace with a glass of wine during the long summer evenings! And in winter in the snow with a glass of mulled wine! There is a covered storage room for skis, bicycles, prams and trolleys. A dog is welcome by arrangement! Niedersfeld is the ideal starting point for hiking, cycling and winter sports and is close to Winterberg. There is a cozy village center with a bakery, greengrocer and florist. The village has many beautiful half-timbered houses surrounded by green meadows and colorful forests. In twenty minutes you can walk to the Hillebachsee, a mountain lake with a beach where you can practice numerous activities such as swimming, volleyball, fishing and water skiing. Ideal for a day of relaxation or sport in summer. Also nearby is the Hochheide, the largest mountain heath in north-west Germany, which turns a beautiful purple color in late summer. In winter it is a Walhalla for everyone who loves snow: cross-country skiing, tobogganing, skiing on the Ettelsberg in Niedersfeld or the snow-sure Winterberg. 10 minutes
