The accommodation is in the beautiful village of Niedersfeld, surrounded by greenery on top of a hill and within walking distance of the beautiful Hillebachsee. The house is furnished authentically and stylishly and is fully equipped. The house has a stylishly furnished living room with many windows, high ceilings, a loft. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, Senseo coffee maker, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment and a toaster. It has a cosy dining area with a corner couch. The sitting area has a Smart TV, and Wi-Fi is available. The patio doors open onto the beautiful terrace where you can enjoy the view. A staircase leads to the spacious and child-friendly garden below. The house has three bedrooms; two with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. There is a cot and a high chair available for children. The bathroom has a sauna, a shower, washbasin, toilet and washing machine. The holiday home has several parking spaces available on site. There is also a bicycle shed and a room to store your skis. Niedersfeld is a village in the municipality of Winterberg. It is known for its beautiful, varied mountain landscape with forests and valleys. Hop on your bike and tackle the challenging mountain bike trails or walk to Hillebach lake, where you can water-ski, wakeboard, swim, play table tennis, volleyball and much more. Take a walk through the beautiful heath of Hochheide that turns pink-purple in autumn. In winter, it is a Mecca for anyone who loves snow: cross-country skiing, sleighing, skiing in Niedersfeld or in Winterberg, where there is guaranteed snow (a 10-minute drive).
