The house-within-a-house gallery apartment (from the first floor upwards) is located in the right half of a former, 200-year-old schoolhouse in Unterdießen (near Landsberg am Lech) on the Romantic Road and the historic Via Claudia Augusta. The exposed, original 200-year-old roof beams and the abundance of wood create a cozy and truly unique atmosphere. The 110 square meters of living space are largely open-plan across several levels, creating a loft-like feel. In total, sleeping accommodations are available for up to 10 people. If interested, the 60-square-meter living/sleeping area on the ground floor with up to 4 additional sleeping spaces and a shower room, and/or the garden living cube (including a shower room) for 1-2 people, can also be rented.
