In the "Strandvilla Baabe 2 - Abendsonne" on Rügen. Escape the everyday hustle and bustle and treat yourself to a well-deserved break in our apartment. Enjoy your vacation in our 70 sq m (750 sq ft) new, comfortable holiday apartment "Abendsonne" (Evening Sun) in a prime location with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large terrace with a private beach chair, a private sauna, and a corner bathtub. Information on additional costs and fees: Rental prices are for 2 people; each additional person pays a surcharge per night. Please note that during New Year's week, the property is only available at a fixed price with a minimum stay of 5 nights, with flexible arrival and departure days. A security deposit of EURO150 is due in advance. Electricity, water, and heating are included. Bed linens, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee. The tourist tax is payable before arrival. One pet is allowed for an additional fee. A parking space is available free of charge in the underground garage with a clearance height of 2.0 meters. If your vehicle is too tall to fit in the underground garage, you can book an outdoor parking space for a fee. These parking spaces can also be rented for a second car. The Strandvilla Baabe is located only about 100 meters from the fine Baltic Sea beach. The apartment has two bedrooms: one with a double box-spring bed and the other with two single box-spring beds. The large terrace – approximately 20 square meters – or the fireplace in the living room invite you to relax and enjoy a glass of wine at the end of the day.
