Welcome to our 56 m² holiday apartment in a prime location on the sunny island of Rügen, just 350 meters from one of Rügen's most beautiful beaches. The family-friendly holiday apartment "Küstennest" is located on the first floor of Villa Störtebeker in the charming Baltic Sea resort of Baabe on the island of Rügen. It can accommodate up to four adults and one little "stowaway." This lovely apartment building is situated in a quiet yet central side street in Baabe, surrounded by greenery. From here, you can enjoy not only the Baltic Sea but also the miles of sandy beach stretching towards Sellin and Göhren. The apartment building is located in a green setting on a quiet yet central side street in Baabe. In the spacious and comfortable living/dining room, you'll find a 50" Smart TV and an internet radio with DAB+ and Bluetooth. The sofa bed (140 x 190 cm) can also accommodate extra guests, and blackout blinds are provided. Free Wi-Fi access is, of course, included. The 10 m² south-west facing balcony, furnished with chairs, is perfect for enjoying breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening sun. A sun lounger is also available for relaxation. A mosquito net door is installed. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare a hearty seafaring meal, including an oven, a separate ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a four-star freezer compartment, a microwave, a filter coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle, and a Nespresso machine. There is also a small table with two chairs. The bedroom features a 180 x 200 cm double bed, a wardrobe, and a Smart TV. Equipped with a TV, pleated blinds, blackout curtains, and insect screens. A small selection of toys and children's books is available for children. A travel cot and a highchair are also provided. You can park your car free of charge in your own parking space directly in front of the house/balcony. Bicycles can be stored and locked in the large, covered, and lockable bike shed. A coin-operated washing machine and dryer are also located in the basement.
