Feriehus - 8 personer - Lerdala Sjögläntan - Lerdala/Värnamo - 331 93 - Värnamo

The facilities of the house are great, especially the sauna and TV is top notch. The surroundings are amazing, especially the view of the lake and the surrounding forest. The comfort is okay, as the sofa is very used and dirty, and the beds are fine but nothing special. Unfortunately, the owner does not include a cleaning service in the price, and the only cleaning before arrival is done by the previous guests. When we arrived the house was very dirty. Surfaces was not dusted, the floors were not vacuumed with hairs lying around and dead bugs in the corners and old tissue under one of the beds. One of the fridges smelled old and there were stains in the drawers. The contact with the owner was unfortunately also quite dissatisfying. We told her about the lack of cleaning, and were just told to contact Novasol and provide proof (which we did, and Novasol were very accommodating). All in all we had a great vacation, and the house is great with good facilities and amazing surroundings. However the initial check-in experience was soiled by a lack of cleaning and care or hospitality by the owner. We would come here again though, but we do wish the owner would include a cleaning service from now on, and hope she would think a bit more about being hospitable to their guests.
