"El Duque" is the most exclusive area of Tenerife, located in the municipality of Costa Adeje. To the airport Tenerife South it is approximately 25 km, to the north airport 90 km, to Santa Cruz (island capital) 80 km, and to Puerto de la Cruz approximately 110 km. By car it takes five - ten minutes to reach the centre of the next bigger city Adeje; Playa de las Américas and Los Cristianos are also only five - ten minutes away.

The apartment Benimar is located on the ground floor in the popular district "El Duque" not far from the beach. The distance to the sea is about 750 meters. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, electric kettle, toaster and coffee machine. The living room has a sofa bed that can be pulled out and provides a comfortable place to sleep for 2 more people.
