Quietly situated holiday home (approx. 62 sq m) facing south, with a large corner terrace and lounge area, in a secure residence with a communal pool (open from June 1st to September 30th) and private parking in Portiragnes-Plage, just 400m from the beach, restaurants, and shops. On the ground floor of the holiday home is the cozy and spacious living room with two sofas, a recliner, a wall unit, and a chest of drawers. Satellite TV receives German television, and fiber optic internet is available. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with a double bed and a children's bedroom with two single beds (one for the child and one for the child). The attached conservatory can be used as a dining room, among other things. The attached kitchen is fully equipped. A barbecue grill is located on the terrace.
