The large living room has a vaulted ceiling, and the living room, kitchen and dining area are in open connection with each other and are delimited by half walls. Here, it exudes cosiness and personality. The living room features a lovely sofa corner with a view to television with satellite dish (no Danish programmes). Chrome Cast for streaming Danish programs. The living room is separated by a half wall from the kitchen and dining area. The dining room section has a view to a wood-burning stove. Wireless Internet. Lovely bright kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer. The bathroom has a shower/wc and a washing machine. The bathroom and kitchen have sloping ceilings. Furthermore, the house has 2 bedrooms: DB + 2B. The house has a heat pump, which can save energy while providing even heat and with the option of cooling the house down in the summer months. The house has 2 lovely terraces, a raised wooden terrace at the house entrance that is closed with the exception of a door width at the entrance. On the south side of the house, there is a large undisturbed tiled terrace surrounded by pine trees. The plot also has an outdoor shower that can be used for a cold rinse when you come from the beach. Smoking and cats are not allowed. 1 dog is allowed.
