The "sea view" is one of the few pearls in Vejers that is located on a dune top with only 100 meters to Vejer's South Beach. The summer house is spread over 2 floors for 6 people with a fantastic panoramic view over the dunes and sea view from the ground floor, and from the 1st floor there is a panoramic view and a sea view from the large gable windows.

The house contains: Entrance from the back of the house to a small entrance hall. From the entrance there is a small bathroom with shower, sink, toilet and a washing machine. On the other side of the entrance you enter a bright and cozy living room with a fireplace and television with the Stofa basic package. Exit to west-facing terrace. Renovated kitchen with dishwasher, stove with oven, extractor hood and fridge/freezer combination. Nice dining area in the garden room with a view of the area and access to the terrace. On the ground floor there is also 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2 beds of 90 x 200 cm) and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (80 x 200 cm). 1st floor: 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2 beds of 90 x 200 cm). 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B. Large bright living room with panoramic view and sea view from the large window. Exit to the balcony where the sunset can be enjoyed from the first floor.
Separate basement with bathroom with shower/wc and sauna. There is no direct access from the basement to the house.

Several terraces are arranged around the house, one of which has a panoramic view and one is partially closed. Wireless Internet access (100/100). One large dog is allowed. The dog must not get into the furniture or the bed. Please note: cats are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed! Extra charge for water consumption. The plot is 1765 m2 large dune plot. Year of construction 1936. Newly renovated in 2019.
The summer house appears original on the outside and carefully renovated inside.
