The house appears bright and lovely with open spaces. Living room and kitchen-dining room in one, large glass sections to the west from which the entire natural grounds can be enjoyed from the house. Enter through the house's utility room with cupboards, washing machine and tumble dryer. From here you go into the house's living room with a hipped ceiling and tiled floors with underfloor heating. Lovely open kitchen with all comforts such as dishwasher, microwave, built-in oven, induction hob and fridge/freezer. The kitchen is in open connection with the dining area, lovely living room with television (Smart TV) and wood burning stove, TV package from Stofa and wireless internet access. The house has 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B. There is a loft above the double rooms. Master bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing arrangement, and sauna with a view of the dune grounds. Guest bathroom with shower, wc and sink. Small hallway with wardrobes. The house's fourth bedroom is in the guest house, which is a few meters from the main house. Comfy, large, lovely room with double bed, Smart TV, wardrobes, private bathroom with shower, wc and sink. Please read below the text regarding use of the guest house. Large panoramic windows to the west, from which the beautiful natural landscape can be enjoyed. The entire main house and guest house appear with underfloor heating. Tiled floors in living room, utility room and bathroom. In the rooms, there will be an oak-look parquet floor. Nice large wooden terrace environment around the house and guest house, part of the terrace is partially covered as well as an outside shower. Here you can enjoy the day from morning to evening.
 
The house is situated on a lovely natural dune ground with natural vegetation of mare straw. Smoking is not allowed! The house is allowed with one dog. The dog must not get into the furniture or the bed. The house is not handicap friendly. Year of construction 2021.

The guest house can/must be purchased additionally if you come with more than 6 people or wish for more space to romp around. The key to the guest house is only given if use of the guest house has been purchased.
