Very nice newly built holiday house in Vejers Strand for 6 expectant guests.

The summer house offers 76 m2 of wonderful atmosphere, with good comfort and activities for the whole family all year round. The house is located about 1900 meters from the beach and near a wooded area. The outside facilities offer a lovely covered wooden terrace of 18 m2, where the evenings can be extended and enjoyed well into the spring/autumn. In connection with the terrace, there is an outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. The holiday house is located on a natural plot with good parking conditions. All the glory is a few minutes' drive from Vejer's town centre, which offers several restaurants, a pizzeria, a bakery, 2 grocery shops, a ice cream and coffee shop.
The House: Entrance hall with space for a wardrobe. The house has 1 nice bathroom with a washing machine. Large kitchen-dining room and living room in one, as well as a good dining area. From the living room there is access to the covered wooden terrace. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts such as a dishwasher, microwave, stove, hood and fridge/freezer. A nice living room with wood-burning stove, Smart TV, Bluetooth speaker and wireless Internet access with good coverage (1000/1000 fiber). The house has a total of 3 bedrooms. 1 bedroom with 1 DB/double bed (160 x 200), 1 bedroom with 1 BB/bunk bed (80 x 200) and 1 bedroom with DB/¾ double bed (140 x 200). Lovely wooden terrace environment with outdoor jacuzzi and sauna. The days can be enjoyed from morning to evening on the wooden terrace with relaxation or wellness. On the grounds there is a swing, a sandbox and a play tower for the small guests, as well as a gas grill for use in the summer and a carport. Possibility of charging electric cars at the house. The house is heated with electric radiators, a wood-burning stove and an energy-saving heat pump. Only one small dog is allowed. Smoking is not allowed.

The glory is located within walking distance to the nearest restaurant and a grocery store. Furthermore, there is a short distance to the city's mini golf course. The house is close to a large forest and nature area by Aarrild lake, where the dears can be experienced up close. Here there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the tranquility of the forest on a run or a walk, and throughout the autumn the forest floor offers many edible mushrooms.
