It is clear to see that exquisite wood materials and exciting furnishings have been selected. This summer house offers, with its large panoramic windows, a unique experience. Good location in a pocket with fantastic views over the protected meadow areas, surrounded by sand dunes and conifers.

The house is tastefully furnished with a large entrance hall, from which there is access to 3 good bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B. Nice, bright bathroom with underfloor heating, sink, shower, wc and washing machine.

The house's living room is in open connection with the entrance hall. The living room has a tilting ceiling and exposed beams, which provide air, light and high ceilings. The half wall that divides the kitchen-dining room and the living room has a built-in stove facing the living room. Open kitchen with built-in oven, induction hob, hood, fridge (extra freezer in the shed) and dishwasher. From the kitchen there is access to the beautiful morning terrace. The dining area is arranged in a cozy corner by the half-wall with fixed benches. The living room is furnished with a sofa corner with a view of the stove, TV with stove programs, wireless internet. From the living room's large facade windows, there is a wonderful view over the beautiful nature. Here you can certainly see roe deer and roe deer crossing the meadow!

From the entrance there is access to the new extension. A large bright room with a high ceiling, covered with larch wood, which gives a nice indoor climate and the smell of wood. The room contains a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a desk, armchair for contemplation and large panoramic windows, where the view of the magnificent nature around the house can be enjoyed. Furthermore, there is access to a south-west facing wooden terrace.

There is access to a sauna and outdoor shower, as well as a Weber gas grill.

Smoking is not allowed.

The summer house exudes a Nordic and natural atmosphere. There is a focus on light, views and simplicity, which gives a very special atmosphere.
