Wi-Fi. Kitchen with dishwasher. Bathroom with shower/wc as well as spa and sauna. Guest toilet with shower. Washing machine and dryer. 4 bedrooms: DB + DB + DB + DB. Nice terrace. Year of construction 2009. There is underfloor heating throughout the house which runs automatically all year round and cannot be switched off. Electricity costs must therefore be expected for this. Smoking is not allowed!
