The house is over two floors and contains: entrance hall with good wardrobe space. 3 spacious bedrooms: DB + DB + DB. There are 2 extra beds (140 x 200 cm) in the alcove on the 1st floor. The house has two lovely bathrooms, both of which have a washing machine, toilet and shower. Washing machine and dryer in connection with the rear entrance. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts such as an oven, induction cooker, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. On the ground floor there is the dining area and on the first floor a sofa/TV corner as well as reading and cozy corners. From the first floor there is a view of the sea. There is a large wooden terrace partially closed half way around the house with associated gas grill with gas bottle as well as outdoor spa and outdoor shower. In front of the house there is the possibility to park 3 cars.
Smart TV and Google Chrome Cast for reception of Danish and foreign channels. Wireless Internet access. The house has a Bio Fireplace where only Bio Ethanol may be used. A bottle can be bought at the office, it costs DKK 40. The house has a gas grill, which can be used. You must bring gas for the grill yourself, and the grill must be put back cleaned after use.

The house is heated with underfloor heating and a heat pump, which results in low energy consumption. There is an extra charge for water.

Cats and smoking are not allowed. 1 small dog (max 30 cm tall) allowed.
