The outside facilities offer beautiful sunsets that can be enjoyed from the large surrounding wooden terrace. The summer house is located on high dune land, approx. 200 meters from the beach and a short distance to shopping and restaurants.

The house is over two floors and contains: entrance hall with good wardrobe space. 3 spacious bedrooms: DB + DB + DB. A master bathroom with shower, washing machine and wall-hung toilet, as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen appears with all comfort and with an oven at working height, induction cooker with built-in hood, fridge-freezer and dishwasher.
