A newer and exciting activity holiday home in Vejers Strand, Nordstranden. The property is built with high-quality materials and features a modern, stylish design. It is situated on a large, partially enclosed and private natural plot approximately 850 metres from the beach and 1,200 metres from the town centre.

The house offers a cosy yet modern atmosphere with an open-plan layout and large west-facing panoramic windows, allowing you to enjoy views of the area's rich wildlife. The outdoor facilities offer pure nature, which can be enjoyed from the spacious surrounding terraces facing all directions. The west-facing terrace (20 m²) is partially covered and features skylights, a patio heater and views over the grounds.

The house:

Entrance hall with wardrobe, coat rack and mirror. The spacious entrance area also includes a washing machine and tumble dryer. From here, you enter the large activity room featuring a combined billiards/table tennis table. A PlayStation 4 is available for free use (functionality not guaranteed). Wireless internet is available.

The large living area with vaulted ceilings offers an open-plan layout combining kitchen, dining area and lounge. The room is bright and inviting thanks to large glass sections and sliding doors, and from the living room you can enjoy views of the natural surroundings and wildlife.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, built-in oven, induction hob with extractor, large refrigerator, freezer with 70-litre capacity and a wine cooler. It is open to the dining area and the cosy living room, which includes a built-in wood-burning stove, TV with Google Chromecast and a TV package from Norlys.

The house features 6 spacious bedrooms: 5 with double beds and 1 with 2 single beds, all with wardrobe space.

There are also 3 bathrooms with toilet, washbasin with cabinet and shower.

The house is heated by underfloor heating powered by an energy-efficient air-to-water heat pump.

Outdoor facilities also include an outdoor jacuzzi and shower. The entire property is set on a 2,630 m² natural plot close to Vejers town centre with shops, restaurants, cafés and a mini golf course.

The house is located close to a large forest and nature area, where red deer can often be experienced up close. In autumn, the forest floor offers a variety of edible mushrooms. The area is ideal for peaceful walks, jogging, and cycling or mountain biking on nearby routes.
