The house is located close to the beach and the center of Vejer approx. 400 meters. Around the house there is dense vegetation, which provides shelter from the wind despite the short distance to the beach. From the house there is a direct path to the beach.

The house contains: new kitchen with new appliances including fridge and dishwasher. From the kitchen there is direct access to the dining nook and the living room. The living room is comfortably furnished with a sofa corner with a view of a new wood-burning stove. In the living room there is also a heat pump, radio, smart TV, Google Chromecast, Stofa summer house package and wireless Internet access. There are 3 bedrooms in the house with new beds: DB + DB + Bunk bed. The bathroom with shower/wc was renovated in 2022.

Covered terrace to the west at the entrance and newly established wooden terrace to the east.

The house is 63 m2 and well furnished. Smoking is not allowed. 1 small dog is allowed (max height 30 cm). Year of construction 1980. Renovated 2022.
