Centrally located summerhouse on two floors for 6-8 people, approx. 200 meters from the beach. The house appears with an entrance through the house`s living room. The living room appears with an open kitchen, a sofa corner with a view to the fireplace and a dining area, it is all in open connection with the 1st floor. The kitchen is made up of Leca elements with open shelves, there is a dishwasher, cooker, hood, fridge with small freezer and microwave. There is a tiled floor in the living room. The 1st floor is equipped with a television with satellite(no Danish programs) and looks towards Nordvej, there is a small dining table and there is an exit to the balcony to the west. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with shower/wc and spa. Guest toilet. Utility room/back entrance with washing machine. 4 bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B + 2B. 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 2 bedrooms with 1 bunk bed each (only for smaller children). The ground is hilly with a terrace, and there is a long driveway to the house. Smoking is not allowed. Year of construction 1996.
