The house contains: Entrance hall with utility kitchen, from here there is an additional utility room with washing machine and dryer, both rooms have underfloor heating. 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B. Large bathroom with shower with glass door, wc, washing arrangement, electric towel dryer and sauna. From the entrance hall you come across to the kitchen with dishwasher, extractor hood, ceramic hob, raised oven and fridge/freezer. From the kitchen you enter a cozy living room with wood-burning stove, wireless internet, television and satellite dish (DR programmes). There are oak parquet floors in the kitchen and living room. Submerged garden room that functions as a dining room and a small cozy/reading nook, from here the whole garden can be viewed and the game area is perhaps worth a visit. Heat pump. The garden room has a tiled floor with underfloor heating.. Large open tiled terrace facing the south and west side of the house. the garden also offers a climbing frame with swing, slide and sandbox for the children. Furthermore, the house is adjacent to the playground at Die Hyggelige Dänen, so noise from children must be expected at times. Pets are not allowed - with the exception of one small dog! Please note: the dog must not be in the furniture or beds and not be left alone at home. Smoking is not allowed in the house. Year of construction 1966, renovated 2011. Extra cost for water consumption!
