This cozy and tastefully furnished holiday home is located on a quiet closed road with only 1,100 meters to the beach and an even shorter distance to town and restaurants. The house is bright, friendly and with its 100 m2 offers plenty of space for 8 people.

The house is well laid out with a small entrance, open kitchen connected to the living room, dining area, 4 bedrooms, guest toilet and bathroom with wellness in the form of a sauna and spa. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer combination. Bright and friendly dining area with a view of the wood-burning stove and the terrace. Cozy sofa group with television, Google Chrome cast for receiving Danish programs and wireless Internet. The house has a heat pump which is installed in the living room. With this energy-saving heat pump, electricity costs can be reduced. Nice bathroom with underfloor heating, toilet, sink, shower, sauna and spa as well as guest toilet with washing machine and dryer. There are a total of 4 bedrooms: DB + DB + DB + 2B.

A beautiful, spacious terrace area makes you want to sit outside and enjoy the sun. A small part is even covered. Good parking conditions at the house. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the cottage. The holiday home was built in 1992 and is continuously renovated. Fitness in Vejers/Blåvand 2025.
