Nice summer house for 8 people, with a large enclosed terrace, located in a scenic area with a view of the lake, where you can fish freely. Only 1,000 meters to the beach. Inexpensive heating with a fireplace and heat pump. TV with DR programs and German channels, wireless fiber internet. Kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, air freyer and 100 liter freezer. Gas grill, gæst must by gas.. Bathroom with wc/shower, spa, sauna, washing machine and dryer. Guest toilet with shower. 4 bedrooms: DB + DB + DB + 2B. 3 large bedrooms with double beds and 1 bedroom with bunk beds. Smoking is not allowed. Built in 1989. Constantly renovated. Both bathrooms went through renovation in spring 2018.
