Beautiful summer house in Vejers Strand located on a lovely large natural plot.

The summer house offers 65 m2 of wonderful atmosphere and is intended for up to 5 guests. There is good comfort outside and inside for the whole family all year round. The house is about 600 meters from the beach.

The external facilities offer several terraces, including a lovely closed wooden terrace, which is partially covered. Here the evenings can be extended and enjoyed until spring/autumn. The summer house is situated on a lovely, large unobstructed natural plot and is child-friendly.

All the glory is within walking distance of Vejer's town centre, which offers several restaurants, a bakery, a pizzeria, 2 grocers, a drip cookery with sales of ice cream and soft ice cream, etc.

The cottage: Entrance hall with space for a wardrobe. The house has 1 nice bathroom with washing machine, shower, toilet and sink with base cabinet. Large kitchen-dining room and living room in one, as well as a good dining area. The room is bright and lovely with good windows and access to a south-facing, unobtrusive terrace. This terrace is partially covered. The kitchen is equipped with all comforts such as a dishwasher, microwave, hob, hood and fridge/freezer. Nice living room with wood-burning stove, radio and CD player, TV programs via Smart TV and wireless internet access. The house has a total of 2 bedrooms: 2B + 3B. There is a tumble dryer in an annex to the house. In addition to the closed wooden terrace and the south-facing terrace, there is a west-facing and partially covered terrace where you can enjoy nature and the sun. Find a charcoal grill here.

The house is heated with a wood-burning stove, electric radiators and an energy-saving heat pump. 1 pet may be brought. Smoking is not allowed. Built in 1977, but regularly maintained.
