Well maintained and renovated summer house with pool in Vejers Strand for 12 guests.

The summer house offers 205m2 of beautiful atmosphere outside and inside, with good comfort for the whole family, big and small, all year round. The house is located about 1200 meters from the beach and close to a forest area.

The outside facilities offer a lovely sheltered terrace, where the evenings can be extended and enjoyed well into the spring/autumn. The summer house is situated on a large plot with good parking conditions.

All the glory is a few minutes drive from Vejers' town centre, which offers several restaurants, a bakery, a pizzeria, 2 grocers, a drop-in shop selling ice cream and soft ice cream and more.

The holiday home: The house has 2 lovely bathrooms with underfloor heating. The house has a tumble dryer, washing machine, sauna and spa with room for 4 people which is connected to the pool room. Kitchen in open connection with dining area and a cozy living room with fireplace, where there is a step down. The rooms are bright and have a good amount of light. The entrance to the pool area is from the distribution corridor. The kitchen offers good comfort such as a dishwasher, microwave, hob, extractor hood in the ceiling and fridge with freezer. Nice living room with wood-burning stove, television, and wireless Internet access. Pool room with lounge set and the pool has a size of approx. 7 x 4 x 1,50 meters (length x width x depth). The house has a total of 5 bedrooms. All 5 bedrooms have 1 double bed. From the living room there is access to a loft, where there is also a double bed. The house is child-friendly. Partially enclosed terrace which is tiled. A barbecue is available in the summer.

The house is heated with an energy-saving heat pump, electric radiators and wood-burning stove. Extra cost for water consumption. Smoking is not allowed. Youth groups are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. Built in 1992, but renovated in 2019.
