From the hallway you enter a large, open and cozy living room, which is furnished with a dining area, fireplace and well-furnished sofa corner with television (DR programs) and Chrome Cast. Air conditioning. The living room is also in open connection with the kitchen. The well-stocked kitchen has a fridge/freezer, convection oven, ceramic hob (Induction), hood, microwave and dishwasher. From the cozy furnished living room, there is access to a partially covered closed terrace, where evenings can be extended in the early spring and autumn. From the living room there is an entrance to 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (2 x (90 x 200 cm)) and wardrobes.
