The highlight: you can even see the beautiful dune landscape from the bathtub. In addition to the large terraces, there is another small, well-protected covered terrace between the kitchen and bedroom.

Layout: Large, bright entrance hall with stairs to the 1st floor, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bright living room with great views and many windows in all directions, open to the roof ridge with exposed beams. High-quality kitchen in open connection to the living/dining area. Great for children: a ladder leads from the living room to a small mezzanine, called a hems in Danish. Here they can play and create their own little kingdom.

A total of 3 bedrooms: two on the ground floor, one with a 180 cm double bed, one with a 160 cm double bed - the smaller room has direct access to the shower room - and one on the first floor with 2 single beds that can be put together. You have two beautiful, modern bathrooms at your disposal, one of which is a wellness bathroom with double shower cubicle, bathtub and sauna. When you come in from the beach, the outdoor shower with hot water is very pleasant.

There is underfloor heating throughout the house. The bedrooms have wooden floors, while the floors in the hallway, bathroom, kitchen and living room are tiled. The house is fully insulated and heated by an energy-efficient heat pump.
