Upon entering the house, you are greeted by a welcoming entrance area with stairs leading to the upper floor. On the ground floor, there is a cosy bedroom with a double bed and another room with two single beds – ideal for children or guests.
The bright and modern kitchen is open to the living area, where a dining table and a cosy sofa corner with a wood-burning stove invite you to relax. From here, you have direct access to the sunny south-facing terrace – the perfect place for your first coffee of the day, to relax in the sun or for a lovely barbecue evening.

Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a double bed, a small, renovated WC and a bright hallway with a direct view of the treetops.
Energy-efficient heat pumps on both the ground floor and first floor ensure a pleasant indoor climate in every season.
