This is a large and really nice holiday cottage with the perfect location. The holiday cottage is placed in Slettestrand that is famous for the wonderful beach, the beautiful forest and good mountain bike routes. There is a really lovely atmosphere in Slettestrand with happy people and the holidays feeling.
It is a nature ground with heather, lyme grass and a lot of joyful twittering from birds. Because of the short distance to the sea, the songs from the birds are supported by the sound of the ocean.
The house has three terraces, one on the north side of the house, one on the east side and the last on corner pointing southeast. All three terraces are enclosed and have directly doors into the house. On these terraces the family can spend a lot of hours with some funny board games or some barbeque.
The house itself has four bedrooms, whereas two of them each has a double bed, the third a single bed and the last a three quarters bed and a single bed. All these bedrooms are designed as light nice rooms, so that you get the best conditions for a good night sleep. Furthermore, the house has two bathrooms, where one of them has the extra luxury of a sauna. The sauna is good to make use of, if you come back from a swim at the beach.
The rest of the house is deigned quiet unique, because you have to take two steps up, to get to the large kitchen. This kitchen is really nice and has good table space, so the family can be together preparing the dinners. In this kitchen there is a little round table that you can sit enjoy your meal at, if you only are a few people for dinner. From the kitchen you can over the dwarf wall look down to the living room and see through the glass doors to the large living room.
The living room you step down to from the kitchen has a soft corner sofa, where the family can get together watching TV, play a game of cards or just having fun talking with each other, while enjoying the warm from the wood burner. If you want more space or have invited extra guests, you just simply open the doors into the large living room. Here you also have a corner sofa and a TV, where the family and friends can be together. Furthermore, there is a large dining table also with plenty of space. Here you can have a party, because there are room for dancing or the children to play all over the room. For the children and childish adults there is a table football game, which probably will creates some competitions between the family members or friends.
Overall this is a lovely house with space for a lot of people, while it is beautiful furnished and decorated with pictures, arts and crafts. This house will set the scene for a good holiday in Slettestrand.
