Light, air and classic summer house atmosphere inside:
Inside, you are welcomed by a warm and inviting atmosphere. The house is built in a classic summer house style with beautiful pine walls and ceilings, complemented by practical tiled flooring throughout the living area. Large window sections and strategically placed roof windows flood the rooms with natural light and bring the raw dune landscape inside.

The open-plan living space connects the functional kitchen with a bright dining area and a cosy lounge. In the living room, a wood-burning stove creates warmth and atmosphere on cooler evenings.

A special feature of the heart of the house is a cosy sleeping area for two, located behind a sliding door as an extension of the living room – here you can fall asleep and wake up to sea views and dune scenery. In total, the house sleeps 6+2 guests.

Bedroom 1: Bunk bed
Bedroom 2: Bunk bed
Extra sleeping area: Double bed in extension of the living room (with sliding door and sea view)
Loft: Cosy open loft with 2 sleeping spaces and views over the living area and kitchen

Note: The house has a TV on wheels that can be moved into the living room if needed – but with the large windows facing marram grass, dunes and the North Sea, you will hardly need it.

The house is non-smoking, and youth groups are not allowed.

Three terraces and undisturbed sunsets in the dunes:
Outside, the house is surrounded by three fantastic terraces, so you can always find a sunny spot or shelter from the western wind. The wooden terrace extends into the sloping terrain, allowing you to enjoy a cold drink or lunch outdoors with direct views of the wild landscape.

The property also features a specially placed viewing bench in the elevated dune terrain, offering front-row seats to the ever-changing sea and breathtaking sunsets over the North Sea.
