This lovely holiday cottage is placed near Saltum, which is a very popular area with its wonderful sand beach and plantations. This beach people travel from afar to visit. This area is lovely to spend your holiday in, because there is more peace than in the bigger towns nearby. Furthermore Saltum is nearby both Jambo Feriepark and Fårup Sommerland, which places both are a visit worth for the whole family.
The great green painted holiday cottage is situated on a lovely ground, where there is plenty of room al around the house to have some outdoor activities. To come to the front door, you have to walk through the high gate, which follows you into a closed terrace. This terrace is roofed and has an area with paving stones in front of it. Here you can spend some joyful hours and sunbath on the paving stones, totally in shelter from the rest of the world.
You step into the two-pieced door and come right into the kitchen, which has all the things a holiday cottage kitchen should have. The rest of the room is an open-plan kitchen and living-room, where there is a lovely dining room and some nice pieces of furniture, where the whole family can get together and spend some quality time with some card play or the TV. In this room there are two details, which makes the whole room extra cosy: Here is an alcove and a wood burner, that both help creating an wonderful atmosphere. The interior of the house is covered with white wood.
Aside from the two sleeping spaces in the alcove, the house has two bedrooms. One of them is with a double bed and one with a bunkbed. Furthermore there is a room designed as a quiet relaxing room for you to enjoy a good book.
All in all this is a lovely house, but the best place at this house is on the terrace in the west and south direction, which the large sliding door in the living-room is opening up to. From here you can almost enjoy the sun all day. Half of this terrace is roofed. On this terrace there is good shelter for the wind and very calming to just enjoy the weather meanwhile the birds in the trees all around the house are singing a joyful song.
