Charming holiday home with beautiful views

This modern wooden house features 4 bedrooms with 2 comfortable double beds (180x200 cm and 140x200 cm) and 4 single beds (80x200 cm). Built in 2003, the holiday home spans 142 square metres and accommodates up to 8 people.

The spacious living area features an open-plan modern kitchen with a large cooking island and two dining tables. The kitchen comes equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer.

The living area offers a comfortable seating arrangement with plenty of space and beautiful views over the surrounding greenery. Both the bedrooms and living area feature large windows that flood the holiday home with warmth and natural light. Additional skylights provide excellent interior illumination.

Almost the entire holiday home features beautiful, well-maintained wooden flooring, while the bathrooms are tiled and include underfloor heating. There are two bathrooms with two shower enclosures, a whirlpool and a sauna. The wood-burning stove in the living room creates a wonderfully cosy atmosphere, and the whirlpool and sauna are particularly inviting on cooler days for relaxation and warmth. The energy-efficient heat pump provides economical heating. The television receives German channels, and a washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.

Island life, excursions and wellness

The outdoor area is stunning, with a wooden deck wrapping around the entire holiday home. The garden features a sandbox and swing for children. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue.

The famous North Sea beach is nearby, as are shopping facilities. There's a small riding stable just around the corner, and numerous leisure activities are available, including land sailing, golf, and horse riding. A wellness resort featuring a swimming pool, saunas, bowling alley and an excellent restaurant is located in the immediate vicinity.
