The house's highlight is the spacious pool area featuring a large pool, 5-person hot tub, shower and sauna. The pool measures 23 square metres. The pool room was renovated in 2025 and now invites you to enjoy many wonderful holiday hours. The adjoining bathroom was also renovated in 2025.

Perfect for relaxation, rest and fun. The pool room includes an additional shower. The house is ideal for all seasons and features a wood-burning stove in the living room, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout. The spacious living room with open-plan kitchen offers beautiful views of the pool area. Everyone can gather around the large dining table for shared meals and games nights. The kitchen is equipped with a large cooking island, dishwasher, microwave, fridge and freezer. The holiday home has 5 bedrooms, including 4 double beds and one bunk bed. There's a large bathroom with shower, washing machine and tumble dryer, plus an additional guest toilet. Both bathrooms feature underfloor heating.

The holiday home is fitted with an energy-efficient heat pump and German TV channels and complimentary WiFi are also provided.
