This charming wooden summer house invites you to relax both indoors and outdoors, with a spacious lawn, generous terraces, and a large open-plan kitchen and living area. The expansive wooden deck, which almost wraps around the entire house, is partially enclosed on the south side by a light fence. This allows you to sit privately at the outdoor dining table or in the lounge area. On this side of the terrace, there’s also a large, electric awning providing pleasant shade on warm days. A path leads directly from the house to the sea, which is only 175 meters away.

The living area is bright and spacious, with a cozy sofa corner and dining table positioned to enjoy the view through large windows facing the sea and nature. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking – either on the induction stove or the grill on the terrace. It also includes a built-in oven, fridge, freezer, and a washer/dryer combo.

From the main living area, you have access to a lovely bathroom and two bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other has a three-quarter bed and direct access to the terrace.

The house is equipped with underfloor heating throughout, ensuring a cozy indoor climate year-round.

AREA:

he summer house is located 5 km north of Sæby and 7 km south of Frederikshavn. Paths lead directly from the house to the sea and nearby forest, offering great opportunities for hiking and cycling.

The house is close to the charming town of Sæby, which is well worth a visit. Sæby offers cozy shopping streets and several attractions. The lively harbor area, with sailboats, cafés, shops, and an ice cream parlor, has a lovely maritime atmosphere.

Sæby celebrated its 500th anniversary in 2024. In the old town, you’ll find the Abbey Church and the "Sæby Miniby" (a miniature model town from around 1900), the Coastal Museum, Sæby Watermill, and various local artisans around the historic Algade. On the edge of town, you’ll find a beautiful 18-hole golf course and Sæbygaard Castle – also worth a visit.

The Coastal Museum has departments in Sæby, Frederikshavn, and Skagen and tells the story of life along the coast – past and present. In Sæby, the Miniby and Sæbygaard Castle also contribute to local history.

Approximately 7 km north lies Frederikshavn, where you can visit the famous Palm Beach ("Palmestranden"). The Bangsbo area is also a great destination with scenic viewpoints, a botanical garden, a deer park, and excellent hiking and cycling trails. Further north, you’ll find Skagen – with its iconic Grenen, the Skagen Museums, the charming Teddy Bear Museum, the "Grey Lighthouse," the Sand-Buried Church, and the impressive migrating dune Råbjerg Mile – all creating lasting vacation memories.

Sæby is centrally located for exploring the many attractions that North Jutland has to offer.
