This lovely holiday home will surely become your favorite once you've rented it. The house is incredibly beautiful and well-maintained, and it has sleeping accommodations for 6 people, spread across 3 roomy bedrooms.

In the largest bedroom, you'll find a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe from wall to wall, perfect for storing all your clothes and personal belongings. The second bedroom is equipped with a three-quarter bed and a double wardrobe, while the third bedroom has a practical sofa bed, chest of drawers, and hooks for hanging clothes.

The kitchen, dining area, and living room are designed as a large, open space from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Kattegat. From the sofa, you can admire the beautiful panorama, see Frederikshavn on the horizon, and follow the ship traffic. The kitchen is top modern with an impressive granite countertop and all the necessary kitchen equipment. There's also a Quooker installed, providing boiling water instantly. In the annex, you'll find an extra fridge with a freezer, ideal for additional storage. The bathroom is bright and elegant with large drawers and a wonderful spa bath, where you can relax after a day full of activities.

Outside, the house offers a large, cozy enclosed courtyard and a wooden terrace on the side of the house that extends into a wide gallery in front of the house. This provides plenty of opportunities to enjoy the sun, grill, or just relax in the fresh air.

The house is relatively new and highly insulated, ensuring it is always warm and dry, regardless of the season.

When renting this house, cleaning is mandatory. Electricity must be read upon arrival and departure. 
No rentals to youth groups. The renter must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the rental period.
Free parking - It is not possible to charge an electric car. We refer to charging stations in Sæby city center.

THE AREA:
The holiday home is located just 1 km from the center of Sæby, and you can enjoy sea views while walking along the beach promenade into town, where you'll find various shopping options and attractions. If you follow the promenade past the sandy beach, you’ll reach the marina, where you can buy ice cream and enjoy the maritime atmosphere with sailboats, cafés, and shops during the summer months.

In North Jutland, there are many exciting sights and attractions for the whole family. Sæby Miniby (Miniature Town) shows what the town center looked like around the year 1900. Sæbygaard Castle also contributes to the local history, along with the Coastal Museum. Sæby is a market town that celebrated its 500th anniversary in 2024. In the old town, you’ll find the monastery church. In that area, you'll also find Sæby Miniby with houses from 1900, the Coastal Museum, Sæby Watermill, and several interesting artisans located in the charming old streets around Algade. On the outskirts of town, there is a beautiful and attractive 18-hole golf course and Sæbygaard Castle, both worth visiting.

In Frederikshavn, the Powder Tower ("Krudttårnet") and the Bangsbo area are well worth a visit, as is Denmark’s only palm beach. If you drive further north to Skagen, younger children will love the Teddy Bear Museum, and of course, Grenen, the Grey Lighthouse, and the Skagen Museums are must-see attractions.

On North Jutland’s west coast, the North Sea Oceanarium – the largest aquarium in Northern Europe – is a great excursion for families with children. Further south is Aalborg (Denmark’s third-largest city), which offers plenty of urban experiences and activities.
