This charming summer house located at Sæby North Beach is perfect for a couple or a small family looking for a holiday with a focus on the location. The house is suitable for 2 adults and 2-3 children, and has a fantastic location just 100 meters from the coast and the child-friendly sandy beach in Sæby.

The house is decorated in a cozy summer house style. It was partially modernized in 2020, and from the entrance area, you step directly into a cozy and functional kitchen, which is in open connection with the living room. There is a large living room with a dining area and sofa group, giving you the opportunity to enjoy each other’s company. From the living room, there is access to an inviting conservatory, from which there is the most beautiful view of the sea (sunrise) and the green area both from the house and from the terraces. On the house's two terraces, outdoor life can also be enjoyed with relaxation in the deck chairs and also with the possibility of grilling.

The house contains 3 bedrooms. One with 1 double bed, one with 1 bunk bed, and one with a single bed. The bunks and single bed are only 180 cm long and are therefore most suitable for children.

THE AREA:

Sæby is worth several visits. It is a very charming market town with good shopping opportunities and attractions. The harbor has many pleasure boats in the summer, and here you can buy ice cream and fresh fish. The maritime atmosphere with sailboats, cafes, and shops exudes life.

Sæby is a market town that turns 500 years old in 2024. In the old town lies the monastery church St. Mariæ. In this area, you will also find Sæby Miniby, with houses from 1900, the Coastal Museum, Sæby water mill, and several different exciting craftsmen in the old town around Algade. On the outskirts of the town, there is a beautiful attractive 18-hole golf course and Sæbygaard Castle, which is also worth a visit.

An hour's drive from Sæby lies Skagen, where you can experience the Skagen painters' environment up close, Grenen, and see the two seas meet. On the west coast of North Jutland, the North Sea Oceanarium, Northern Europe's largest aquarium, can be a great excursion destination for families. To the south is Aalborg (Denmark’s 3rd largest city), if the possibilities of city life attract you.
