Incidentally, Oksbøl has recently opened a very special museum dealing with the theme of refuge, which is definitely worth a visit.

For the beautiful North Sea beach, head to either Vejers or Blåvand. At Vejers, you can even drive your car onto the wide, expansive beach. In Blåvand, you can climb the lighthouse at the westernmost point and enjoy spectacular views across the dunes and heathland.
