Summer house of 730 m2, partially renovated in 2023, with a panoramic view of the Limfjord, both inside and outside, located only approx. 300 meters from the water at Karby på Mors.

There are 8 rooms in the house. In building 1 there are 3 rooms on the 1st floor (1 double bed and 2 beds, 1 double bed and 2 beds, 1 double bed)

The house also offers a huge pool/activity area of ??200 m² with a 32 m² swimming pool with counter current system, water slide and children's pool. In addition, there is lounge furniture and sunbeds. The house's 8-person sauna is also found here as well as a bathroom/shower section.

In the room next to it (separated by a glass partition from the pool department) there is a large activity room divided into two units with, among other things, billiards, table tennis, darts and poker table incl. poker case, so there is the possibility of many good hours of entertainment for the whole company.

In addition, a separate multi-purpose hall with a badminton court with a net, a basketball hoop and a separate squash court with international goals. It is recommended to bring your own rackets and balls, but the above can be rented on site.

The holiday home is divided into two main buildings plus a multi-hall in a separate building, so it is possible to retreat in smaller groups. In the farmhouse there is an entrance hall, living room, dining room, the house's main kitchen, bathroom and utility room.

The living room has comfortable furniture, free internet, flat-screen TV with German TV channels (satellite) and Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services. Large dining room with room for everyone and a view of the fjord.

On the 1st floor, there are two large rooms with a double bed and two single beds in each room, a landing and a bathroom with a 2-person spa bath, shower, bathing environment and toilet.

In the second building you will find the pool area, sauna, bathroom/shower section and the activity section.

On the 1st floor there is a large living room, landing, the house's secondary kitchen with a smaller dining area and five fantastic rooms, all with good double beds and each with a balcony, where you can also enjoy the view of the fjord. In addition, there are two bathrooms, both with shower, bathing environment and toilet.

The living room has comfortable furniture, free internet, flat-screen TV with German TV channels (satellite) and Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services. Kitchen with electric cooker, fridge, microwave and coffee machine.

In the third building, you will find the multi-purpose hall with a badminton court with a net (laid on a concrete floor), a basketball hoop and a separate squash court with international goals.

The house also has a fantastic outdoor area with, among other things, several open terraces with good garden furniture and sunbeds, where you can enjoy dinner while enjoying the view over the fjord. There are two gas grills and a charcoal grill available.

In addition, a large, covered area with a table/bench set as well as good garden furniture plus an outdoor fireplace where you can bake sno bread or roast marshmallows etc.

There is also a large living area, which especially the young will surely find exciting, located under the roof with access via a ladder (takes place at your own risk). In addition, there are swings. There is also the possibility of charging electric cars on the property.
