Begtrup Vig Beach is a charming holiday area with a wonderful sandy beach and shallow seabed, making it very child-friendly.
The area is located close to Mols Bjerge National Park, perfect for cycling and hiking in the stunning nature.
From the house, it’s about 20 km to the town of Ebeltoft, which offers many tourist attractions.
In the heart of Ebeltoft, you’ll find the Old Town Hall, a popular wedding location for couples from near and far.
Down by the harbour, there are several cosy speciality shops, cafés, and great restaurants – and you can buy freshly caught fish every day.
If you’d like to experience wild animals up close, we recommend a visit to Ree Park, about a 30-minute drive away, where you can go on a jeep safari and see giraffes and rhinos.
Also about 30 minutes away is Djurs Sommerland – the largest amusement park in Scandinavia – offering fun for both children and adults.
