Just a stone’s throw from the water, you’ll find this beautiful and well-maintained holiday home offering stunning views of the sea and the rolling landscape. The heart of the house is the lovely kitchen, equipped with a dishwasher and a cosy dining area with a wood-burning stove and access to a delightful covered terrace with lounge furniture and sunbeds. A few steps lead up to the bright and tastefully furnished living room, where you can enjoy the wonderful view of the surrounding landscape and the sea.
The stylish bathroom features a shower and underfloor heating. The house offers three spacious bedrooms – two with double beds and one with twin beds.

Outside, there are several lovely terraces where you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset, as well as a charming shelter. A network of paths leads you to a beautiful sandy beach in about 10 minutes on foot. If you enjoy fishing, you’ll find perfect spots just across the road.
The house is located close to Karpenhøj Leisure Center and Fuglsø Center. The area is hilly and rich in history – here you can visit Olaf Rye’s Ramparts, a remnant from the Three Years’ War (1848–1850) against the Germans.

Not far from the house lies the popular Sletterhage Lighthouse, where, during summer, you can watch large ships heading to and from Aarhus Harbour – including impressive cruise liners passing close to the shore.
The Helgenæs area is known for its unique nature, varied terrain, abundant wildlife, and fantastic viewpoints. It’s only about a 15-minute drive to the town of Ebeltoft, home to many attractions such as the Old Town Hall, the Frigate Jylland, and the Glass Museum.
