Not far from Lyngsbæk Beach, you will find this older but cozy two-story holiday home situated in scenic surroundings with views of green areas. On the ground floor, there is a cozy dining room with a wood stove and a heat pump, and access to a large terrace with outdoor furniture. Adjacent to the dining room is a well-equipped kitchen with a washing machine, among other amenities. Additionally, there is a bathroom with a shower and a room with a double sofa bed. From the ground floor, a good staircase leads to the first floor, where there is a bright and comfortably furnished living room with access to a small balcony offering views of the beautiful landscape. Here, you will also find a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. The house is located in the area of Nationalpark Mols Bjerge, about a fifteen-minute drive from Ebeltoft.

In Ebeltoft, you will find charming cobblestone streets with hollyhocks, small cafes, restaurants, and specialty shops. In the center of Ebeltoft, you can visit the Old Town Hall, which is worth a visit. At the harbor, you will find the Frigate Jylland and the Glass Museum, famous for its modern glass art. The harbor also has small cafes and restaurants as well as specialty shops. It is about a 30-minute drive to the Kattegat Centre in Grenaa and to Scandinavia's largest amusement park, Djurs Sommerland.
