With a truly unique location, this beautiful holiday home is situated on a lovely enclosed plot. The house is divided into different sections, with the large, impressive kitchen/dining area as the central gathering spot, where the large table invites cozy conversations while preparing meals. A spacious, light-filled dining area opens onto the large terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue. The large glass doors can be pushed aside, creating a fantastic fusion of "indoor and outdoor." There are two beautiful bathrooms with shower cubicles, as well as a large room with a raised sauna, offering the most stunning view of the water. The house's sleeping arrangements consist of a large bedroom with a double bed, a room with two double bunk beds, and two sleeping spaces on a double sofa bed in the TV room. Outdoors, you will find beautiful raised wooden terraces on three sides of the house, allowing you to enjoy both sunrise and sunset. After a trip to the beach, there is an outdoor shower with both hot and cold water. The plot also features a cozy shelter, a swing, and a sandbox.

The area around Lyngsbæk Beach is a charming and quiet neighborhood, close to a good, child-friendly beach. Several dining options are available in the area, and there are opportunities for grocery shopping. The terrain is hilly, making it ideal for walking and cycling. The house is about a 10-minute drive from the town of Ebeltoft, known for its many tourist attractions. Here you will find the old Town Hall, where people come from near and far to get married. The harbor area offers several good restaurants and the opportunity to buy freshly caught fish daily. It is also where you can visit the Glass Museum, which is a leader in modern glass art, as well as the Frigate Jylland. The house is about a 15-minute drive from Ree Park, where you can get up close to wild animals. It is about a 30-minute drive to both the Kattegat Center in Grenaa and Djurs Sommerland, the largest amusement park in the Nordics.
