Situated high on a sloping natural plot in Lyngsbæk Bakker, and just a short distance from the beach, you will find this lovely holiday home with an indoor pool, sauna, and hot tub. The large, west-facing wooden terrace, accessible from the living room, is wonderfully private and partially covered, while the south-facing side also has access to the pool room. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a barbecue, and the plot features swings for the children.

The spacious, bright living room is open to the lovely kitchen/dining area, which has seating for 6 people. From the large corner sofa, you can enjoy the crackling fire in the wood stove or watch TV with Danish (including TV2) and German channels. There is also a DVD and CD player, as well as a radio. The living room offers direct access to the wonderful pool room with a hot tub and sauna, where the whole family can have fun.

The well-equipped kitchen features a good work area, a stove with ceramic cooktops and an oven, a refrigerator/freezer, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The house has 3 good, bright bedrooms—1 with a double bed and 2 with 2 single beds each, offering a total of 6 sleeping spaces. The large, new bathroom has a shower cubicle, washing machine, and tumble dryer. For the little ones, a cot and high chair are available. Internet access is provided.

Lyngsbæk Beach, one of the area's finest and most child-friendly beaches with a solid sandy bottom, is just 600 meters away, nestled comfortably and well-protected at the bottom of Ebeltoft Bay. The NATO pier, open for fishing, is also located here. With short distances to both Ebeltoft and the beautiful nature of Mols Bjerge National Park, you are within reach of excellent shopping opportunities as well as a wealth of experiences and activities.
