In this lovely holiday apartment there are four large "common areas": Kitchen and living room en suite, as well as the lovely conservatory and the huge terrace. From there, you can distribute yourselves in one of the holiday apartment's four bedrooms and the passage room - all rooms with two beds each. There is a guest toilet and a bathroom with a toilet. The two bedrooms and the passage room are private from the rest of the apartment if you close the door behind you. There are two steps down, and the offset level gives a nice feeling of privacy, even though the conversations continue in the kitchen, living room, conservatory, or on the terrace. The kitchen, toilet, and bathroom are brand new, and so are the floors, while the rest of the house has been completely renovated from A to Z. You access the apartment by driving into the alley behind the pedestrian street, and into the building's backyard. From there, you go up the outdoor rear staircase and enter the apartment from the lovely terrace.
The apartment is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed.
