The 138-square-metre living space features a fireplace, sauna, and whirlpool for your relaxation. The outdoor area is beautifully landscaped, offering wonderful opportunities to unwind or keep active with your children. One dog is permitted, ensuring no family member needs to stay behind.

You'll feel at home the moment you step inside. A well-maintained and thoughtfully furnished country house atmosphere welcomes you, featuring exposed roof beams, numerous floor-to-ceiling windows, and natural colour schemes. The inviting living space with open-plan kitchen and dining area forms the heart of the holiday home.

Here you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa, listen to the crackling of the wood-burning stove, and enjoy board games at the dining table. An energy-efficient heat pump is also available for heating. The well-equipped country kitchen meets all your needs, including a dishwasher, leaving more time for life's pleasures.

Enjoy a lengthy session in the sauna or relax in the warm waters of the whirlpool - perfect ways to escape everyday stress. In addition to the main bathroom, there's a guest WC for added convenience. When the day draws to a close, you can retire to four comfortable bedrooms. The sleeping arrangements include one double bed, four single beds, and a bunk bed, where you can recharge your batteries.

The partially covered terrace features comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers, perfect for outdoor relaxation.

Thanks to its south-westerly aspect, you can enjoy plenty of sunshine on fine days. For children, there's a sandbox and swing set. The grounds also offer space for a game of kubb (Viking chess). In the evening, fire up the barbecue and enjoy outdoor dining.

Your car can be parked in the carport, and there's storage space for bicycles in the adjacent utility room, which also houses an extra 80-litre freezer.

The Wadden Sea - a UNESCO World Heritage Site that's always worth visiting - is just 1 mile (1.6 km) from your holiday home in Kongsmark.

The uniquely beautiful sandy beach at Lakolk is also easily reached, being just 1.9 miles (3 km) away. Here you can even drive your car directly onto the sand. Once at the beach, you can take a refreshing dip in the North Sea, build sandcastles, or try land sailing. Rømø has something for everyone.
