An attractive stone-built house with traditional thatched roof. The holiday home spans 120 square metres and features three bedrooms. The rooms have laminate flooring, with two rooms furnished with double beds and one with twin beds.

Additionally, there's a mezzanine level with two mattresses. Both bathrooms feature underfloor heating and shower enclosures. The larger bathroom includes a four-person whirlpool and sauna.

The kitchen forms the heart of the house, offering magnificent south and west-facing views. It comes equipped with a dishwasher, microwave and a 100-litre freezer. Coffee lovers will appreciate both the filter coffee machine and Dolce Gusto pod machine.

The living area is comfortably furnished, with tiled floors featuring underfloor heating and exposed ceiling beams. Amenities include a wood-burning stove, flat-screen TV, DVD player, radio, complimentary internet access and an energy-efficient heat pump. Two doors lead to the terrace, one facing east and one west.

The holiday home also includes a washing machine and tumble dryer.

The house features three excellent terraces. The south-facing terrace is partially sheltered, offering a wind-protected spot. To the west, there are two terraces - one at the front of the house and another nestled among the trees, perfect for undisturbed sunbathing.
