The holiday home has been continuously renovated, ensuring that comfort and charm go hand in hand. The kitchen, dating back to the original construction of the house, remains in excellent condition, now fitted with modern appliances and fully equipped for a relaxing holiday stay. In 2021, a delightful extension was added, featuring an additional bedroom, a bathroom, and a cosy living area – perfect for board games, card games, or quiet moments with a good book.

The house accommodates up to 6 guests in three lovely bedrooms. With its well-considered layout, it is perfectly suited for family holidays or a relaxing retreat with friends. There are two modern bathrooms, both with showers and underfloor heating.

On the south-facing terrace, you can enjoy the morning sun, while the covered west-facing terrace is ideal for long summer evenings, bathed in the warm glow of the setting sun – completely undisturbed and accompanied by the soothing sound of the sea. Take a quiet moment on the small rise next to the house and experience the breathtaking sunset over the North Sea.

In this peaceful part of Kjul, deer and pheasants often wander by, a sight you can enjoy directly from the large panoramic windows in the living room. The outdoor area has been thoughtfully designed with charming details, flowers, and a small kitchen garden, creating a welcoming atmosphere. A carport is also available, with additional space for bicycles.

Just a short distance from Kjul lies Hirtshals, a charming town offering cosy cafés, inviting restaurants, and a lively harbour environment that buzzes with life throughout the summer. Here, you can enjoy a delicious meal of freshly caught fish or treat yourself to a refreshing ice cream.

A visit to the North Sea Oceanarium is also highly recommended – it is Northern Europe’s largest aquarium, home to more than 70 different species of fish. The region therefore offers both charming towns, cultural experiences, and excellent opportunities for excursions – whether you are seeking peace and tranquillity or exciting new adventures.
