Guests are welcomed into a unique and well-considered layout that unfolds across multiple levels. The property offers two separate entrances – one of which leads directly into the utility room located on the lower ground floor. Here you will find both a washing machine and a tumble dryer, as well as ample space for storing outerwear. The second entrance brings you into the main living level of the house. This floor comprises two modern bathrooms and three beautifully appointed bedrooms. Throughout the house, high ceilings create a spacious and airy atmosphere in every room. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds, while the third is equipped with a family bunk bed and a small loft area – ideal for children. Additionally, there is the possibility of two extra sleeping accommodations.

A few steps up, you will enter the bright and inviting living space, which serves as the heart of the house. Here, you can enjoy the magnificent sea view from every angle. The kitchen is open to the dining area, and at the other end of the room, a cozy lounge corner awaits.
