Beautifully renovated holiday home located in Kerteminde Sommerby, just 300 meters from Nordstranden, one of Funen’s best beaches. The house was last renovated in 2023 and features a living room and a new, open kitchen, two bedrooms – one with a double bed and one with a sofa bed – as well as a lovely new bathroom with a shower cabin. From the smaller bedroom, stairs lead to a spacious loft with two mattresses and plenty of room for play. The house has a ground floor area of 56 m², and the loft adds an additional 20 m².

The holiday home is equipped with an energy-efficient pellet stove and a heat pump. It is possible to purchase wood pellets directly at the house.

The garden is delightful, with a large terrace area perfect for outdoor living. The holiday home is only 1 km from Kerteminde’s charming town center.

The holiday homes in Kerteminde are situated in a small area called Sommerbyen along the northern beach in Kerteminde, which is among Funen's finest.

Kerteminde's old town center is just a few kilometers from Sommerbyen. You can stroll along the beach promenade into town, enjoy the atmosphere at the new Renaissance harbor, shop in the charming stores of the shopping street Langegade, and dine at one of the many restaurants and cafes.

Kerteminde boasts an authentic, old fishing harbor where fishing boats still dock. At the end of the harbor, you can savor delicious fish dishes at Boris Fiskehus, where all serving takes place outdoors at cozy wooden tables and benches. Enjoy the ambiance at the small dinghy harbor followed by a swim at Sydstranden, right next to the dinghy harbor.

Bring the whole family to Fjord&Bælt, a research center with porpoises, seals, and an underwater tunnel. Visit the Johannes Larsen Museum and play a round of Mini Golf with arguably the best view in Funen. Just outside Kerteminde is the Viking Museum Ladby, where you can participate in exciting Viking activities during the summer.
